Editorial Internships

New South
Publishing is looking for hard-working students for its internship programs. Interns have the opportunity to work with New
South’s three editors and contribute to five publications: KNOWAtlanta
(a quarterly relocation guide), Blush (a monthly women’s lifestyle
magazine), Today’s Chiropractic LifeStyle (a bi-monthly lifestyle
magazine for Life University), Cobb In Focus (a community business magazine
for the Cobb Chamber of Commerce) and Net News (a tennis magazine for the
Atlanta Lawn and Tennis Association).
Typical assignments include article and department writing, fact-checking
copy, conducting research, gathering art materials, managing editorial projects,
updating social media outlets and line-editing magazine proofs. Ideal applicants
have previous internship experience, published clips, a strong work ethic
and the ability to self manage.
New South Publishing is a custom publisher in metro Atlanta. Full- and part-time
