Pickens County Georgia

Just under 60 miles from Atlanta, this northern county finds a peaceful lifestyle away from it all. Dubbed as “marble and mountain country,” the county sits on top of the largest block of crystalline marble in the world and sits at the starting point of the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains.
