For the last 30 years, Filo has lived in many of Atlanta’s best neighborhoods. Her residential experience in some of Atlanta’s most unique and desirable neighborhoods combined with her professional background enables Filo to provide a unique perspective to the Atlanta real estate marketplace. Areas of expertise include East Cobb, Midtown, Buckhead, Decatur, Inman Park and Morningside.

As part of the Real Estate Team at KNOWAtlanta Real Estate Services, Filo’s primary focus is both buyer and seller agency. She recognizes that the buying and selling of real estate are the most significant financial decisions that a client will make and therefore strives to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all parties. Filo takes customer service seriously and works hard to make the process productive, informative and most of all hassle free.

Originally from Venezuela, Filo moved to Atlanta to begin her career as an International Sales Manager in the paper industry. Upon having her two children, Filo transitioned into the educational field. She worked in the Cobb Country School District for over ten years and takes a special interest in mapping out the best educational options available in your area of interest.

In her free time Filo enjoys running, reading, and watercolor painting.
