About $55,000 has been invested in improvements, but the real value goes beyond the dollars spent. The planning, contractor coordination, material selections, finish decisions, supervision, and disruption that come with renovating have already been handled. The next owner gets to enjoy the results without going through the process.
Welcome to 3435 Lakeheath Drive, just seconds from Johns Creek, shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences, where thoughtful renovations, smart home features, and an exceptional South Forsyth location come together in a home designed to make everyday living easier and more enjoyable.
Located in the desirable Summit at Brookwood swim and tennis community and zoned for Brookwood Elementary, South Forsyth Middle, and Lambert High School, this beautifully updated home offers something buyers are always looking for: the opportunity to move in and simply enjoy.
Step inside to a freshly painted interior where extensive improvements create a clean, updated feel throughout. Approximately 1,200 square feet of carpeting has also been replaced with new carpet and padding. The renovated kitchen is truly the heart of the home, featuring fully replaced cabinetry with soft-close doors, quartz countertops, a touchless faucet, a smart refrigerator, and a new dishwasher and microwave with air fryer functionality. Adjustable LED recessed lighting allows you to change both brightness and color temperature to create just the right atmosphere.
The improvements continue with a beautifully renovated primary bathroom featuring tile flooring and a stone shower floor, updated walk-in closets, a fully renovated guest bathroom, and an updated half bathroom. New door hardware throughout adds another polished finishing touch.
This home is also designed for today's connected lifestyle with smart locks, a smart doorbell, two upgraded smart garage door openers, smart switches, USB-C outlets, a smart washer and dryer, and thoughtfully upgraded lighting throughout key areas.
And some of the most valuable improvements are the ones you may not immediately see.
The main water line from the meter to the home has been completely replaced with PEX piping and carries a 30-year warranty. A new main water pressure regulator and updated water valves have also been installed, along with a tankless reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system beneath the kitchen sink. The laundry room features new waterproof, scratch-resistant flooring for added durability and easy maintenance.
Step outside and discover another space made for living. A newly installed semi-clear, UV-blocking pergola roof with a 25-year warranty creates a comfortable place to relax or entertain while still allowing natural light. A retractable screen door and retractable garden hose add everyday convenience.
Even the garage has been refreshed with new paint and two upgraded 1/2 HP smart garage door openers.
All of this is tucked inside an established neighborhood offering swim, tennis, a playground, sidewalks, and streetlights, with convenient access to shopping, dining, Halcyon, Avalon, The Collection, GA 400, Alpharetta, and Johns Creek.
More than $55,000 invested. The decisions made. The contractors managed. The work completed. Now it's simply ready to be enjoyed.
Beautifully renovated. Smartly improved. Conveniently located.
