Fayette County is home to Pinewood Atlanta Studios, the second largest purpose-built studio in North America. Record-breaking and award-winning films including Avengers: Endgame, Spider-Man: Homecoming and Passengers were filmed at Pinewood Atlanta. Growth is on the horizon for the studio, with plans to expand its creative footprint with more than 220,000 square feet of innovative spaces for storytellers, as well as an investment in content companies Believe Entertainment and Sutikki. A short walk from the studio is Pinewood Forest, a new urbanism community built for the next generation of creators, entrepreneurs, and storytellers. Pinewood Forest features beautifully designed, customizable homes alongside an emerging commercial and retail Town Center. To complement the newly opened, state-of-the-art Piedmont Wellness Center, Town Center will soon include several restaurants, boutiques, Two-Ten Loft Office Building, and a luxury cinema.
